The experience of buying a car is fast being transformed by the digital technologies we have to hand, with virtual reality providing immersive experiences that far surpass any glossy brochure.

Zerolight took to the DEVELOP3D LIVE stage to show the audience its solution to creating seamless visual movies that can be controlled by the user in realtime, creating a customisable retail experience.

Gothenburg’s finest digital creatives Rapid Images took to the DEVELOP3D LIVE stage to talk about their super fast template-based production pipeline, which integrates Chaos Group’s VRscans photorealistic materials.

Magnus Petterson and Victor Söderberg showcase how the technology’s increased visual quality for creating accurate material samples to help fit their process when creating product configurators for the likes of Volvo, IKEA, and even clothing retailers.
