Mobile Pixels, creators of innovative computer monitors and accessories, has launched Geminos, a vertically stacked, dual-screen desktop monitor connected via a linkage system.

The top monitor slides up and down, and the bottom monitor pivots in and out until it’s at the perfect visual angle, maximising productivity and comfort, while the ultra-thin bezel design provides users with an almost interrupted connection between the two screens.

The 1920 x 1080 resolution monitors offer 60 Hertz refresh rates, 250 nit adjustable brightness.

The helps eliminate desk clutter, with a front facing 1080p HD camera and pair of 3W speakers built in, while the stand operates as a 10-in-1 multiport hub, creating a docking station that includes a SD/TF Card slot, two USB-A and USB-C ports and two HDMI ports. With 100W USB-C pass-through charging capability, users can charge a laptop while it’s docked.

“Research shows that using dual monitors boosts productivity,” states Mobile Pixels. “However, having side-by-side desktop monitors isn’t always optimal because of the large gap between the monitors which can diminish the view. The side-by-side setup can also span outside of people’s peripheral vision which can lead to neck strain.”

It is also possible to connect multiple Geminos monitors to one laptop or workstation for those who need more displays, with the Mobile Pixels Geminos compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.

Mobile Pixels CEO Jack Lao, said: “Geminos addresses the two most important needs people have when working: increasing productivity and comfort. The ergonomic, stacked dual-screen monitors Geminos provides is a game changer for any setup.”
