X-Jet’s metal and ceramic nano particle jetting additive manufacturing technology is fast emerging from its start-up beginnings, having announced its first sales partner - the UK-based Carfulan Group.

The first 3D printing systems, the Carmel 700 and 1400, are made possible by a unique liquid dispersion technique, where liquid suspensions containing solid nanoparticles of selected build and support materials are jetted onto a build tray to create incredibly dense and detailed models.

Named XJ3D, the X-Jet sales arm of Carfulan Group will join its range of turned-part measurement, 3D printing and tool pre-setting and inspection technologies under the company’s umbrella for advanced manufacturing.
